At CLE Clothing Co. we stand by the quality of every product we sell and pride ourselves on our customer service. To that end, we want you to enjoy your purchases from us! If you would like to exchange or return any of our products for any reason or are unhappy with an item you’ve received, please review our policies below or contact us directly.
Exchanges on unworn and unwashed items may be made at any time for another item of equal value or store credit. Please be able to provide your original purchase receipt or gift receipt. In the event you do not have your receipt, we will credit you the current selling price of the item.
For online orders
- Exchanges for online purchases made within 30 days of original purchase date qualify for one (1) free return shipping label* and no additional costs to ship a new item! Email us to request a shipping label for your exchange. While we do supply free return shipping for online orders, we cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received or a shipping error occurred.
- Please fill out and include our Exchange & Return form and include it with your exchange package. Click here to download and print! Be sure to include your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to send back, and the item(s) and size(s) that you would like to exchange for. We cannot guarantee items will be in stock to make an exchange; be sure to look at alternative selections.
- You may also exchange online purchases at one of our brick-and-mortar locations
You may exchange an item bought in-store with an item you’ve found online by filling out our Exchange & Return form and shipping back to our WearHouse. Please include a copy of the purchase receipt with your items. *Items purchased in-store or online orders fulfilled by curbside pick up do not qualify for free return shipping.
If for whatever reason you want to return your purchase, we'd be happy to help you out. You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product. While we do supply free return shipping for online orders, we cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received or a shipping error occurred. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. After the 30-day window, items can be exchanged for another item of equal value or for store credit. Funds will be returned in the same form of original purchase. If you are returning an item with a gift receipt, we will issue store credit.
If you would like to return an item purchased online to one of our brick-and-mortar locations, please be able to provide your emailed receipt or packing slip.
Please note: We are unable to process refunds for store-bought items through our online “Wear”house.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy
During the winter holiday season, we adjust our return policy to account for gift purchases that might not fall within our 30-day return policy.
Items purchased between November 26, 2022 and December 25, 2022 may be returned up until January 31, 2023. You will still be required to provide your original receipt or gift receipt.
USPS Delivery Delays
USPS has faced many challenges this year, and the influx of holiday mail has caused some delays in the sorting and scanning of mail. While our customers may experience delivery delays or missing tracking updates, our team is working quickly and safely to ensure your order is fulfilled and on its way in a timely manner. We ask for your patience this holiday season as we work with the US Postal Service and thank you for supporting our local business this holiday season.
At this time, we have been able to fulfill all orders within our specified timeframe of 1-2 business days from when an order has been placed, and in the hands of the US Postal Service within 24 hours of being fulfilled. Packages for any orders that have received a shipping notification have been fulfilled and are currently in the hands of the US Postal Service.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be exchanged or returned. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange. Items that smell of smoke or other odors will not be accepted under any circumstance.
While we provide free exchange/return shipping to our “Wear”house for online orders, we will not refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received or a shipping error occurred.
*Face masks and Mystery Tees are not eligible for return or exchange.*
