CROCKER PARK:
KEY HOLDER

The goal of the Key Holder is to support the management and Home Office teams in being a role model for fellow sales staff members by adhering to all CLE company policies and procedures, and following company standards for excellent customer service. When a manager or Home Office employee is not on duty, the Key Holder will be acting manager-on-duty and is responsible for leading their team to accomplish daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through appropriate conversation and service
  • Work productively within a team to maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock of the sales floor & backroom
  • Participate in the processing of new inventory shipment
  • Upholds company policies and procedures
  • Exhibit strong loss prevention awareness
  • Exhibit a familiarity with current and unreleased products in-store and online, as well as upcoming sales & features
  • Responsible for counting drawers/safe at open and initialing appropriate forms
  • Ensures all opening or closing procedures are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Communicates with in-store and Home Office teams regarding location needs; including completion of weekly location recap/sharing emails due by Tuesday afternoons
  • Assists Home Office in ensuring completion of location tasks, including, but not limited to bank deposits, helping to resolve maintenance issues, organizational and visual merchandising efforts.

    Summit Mall:

SALES ASSOCIATE

Sales associates are responsible for consistently exceeding the customer’s expectations while working with team members to ensure the completion of all daily tasks as instructed by management or company policy. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Displays a solid understanding of Company, product, policy, and sales/promotion knowledge. 
  • Determines customer needs and offers suggestions and alternatives
  • Helps to maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock of the sales floor
  • Upholds all company policies
