CLE Clothing Company - Key Holder, All Locations

Do you love Cleveland, good vibes, and a great graphic tee? Want to be part of a team that spreads Cleveland pride one t-shirt at a time? CLE Clothing Co. is looking for a Key Holder to help lead our crew, keep things running smoothly, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile (and hopefully some new Cleveland gear).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the friendly face that makes every customer’s shopping experience fun and positive
• Lead the team when management isn’t around
• Keep the shop looking solid: clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Jump in on shipment days to help unbox, tag, and get new product on the floor
• Stay in the know about all things CLE Clothing, and making sure the store team is doing the same
• Handle cash responsibly (counting drawers, bank deposits, etc.) and make sure opening/closing procedures are on point
• Communicate with both in-store teammates and the Home Office so nothing slips through the cracks
• Pitch in with visual merchandising, maintenance needs, and whatever else keeps the store running like a well-oiled (Cleveland-made) machine

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, open-minded teammate who’s always ready to learn
• Someone with inventory smarts and solid attention to detail
• Cash handling and POS experience
• Leadership experience: you’re confident stepping up and guiding a team
• Super organized and great at managing time
• Most importantly: a Cleveland-loving personality and a passion for spreading good vibes through what we do

STORE ASSOCIATE - Cleveland (East 4th Street):

Do you love Cleveland as much as we do? Are you passionate about people, local pride, and cool, creative apparel? CLE Clothing Company is looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our team!We're a small but mighty, locally owned retail shop specializing in Cleveland-themed apparel and accessories. We believe in great customer experiences, supporting our community, and repping The Land with style.What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome
• Help customers find the perfect tee, hoodie, or gift
• Share product knowledge and tell the stories behind our designs
• Operate the register, handle transactions, and keep things organized
• Keep the store looking fresh and inviting
• Assist with restocking, displays, and inventory

Who You Are:

• Outgoing and enthusiastic about Cleveland and local pride
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to hustle when it gets busy
• A quick learner who’s not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Available for 15–25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

• Have previous retail or customer service experience
